1. Orders and product customisation

You are responsible for checking all information before submitting your order, including names, spelling, capitalisation, colour selection, size, design and other customisation details. We produce your item using the information confirmed in your order.

An order is accepted only when the required payment is successfully confirmed, all required customisation information is complete, and AFS3D has not rejected the order. An automated acknowledgement or payment link does not by itself guarantee acceptance.

2. Product appearance and colours

Fused deposition modelling (FDM) 3D printing naturally creates visible layer lines and may produce minor seams, small surface imperfections, slight dimensional variation or minor colour differences. These characteristics are not necessarily defects where they do not materially affect the product's function or overall confirmed design.

Colours shown on a screen may differ from the finished product because of monitor or device settings, lighting, filament batches and material availability. If your chosen colour is unavailable, we may contact you to agree on a suitable alternative before production.

3. Pricing, promotions and payment

Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may change from time to time. The price displayed and confirmed at checkout when you place the order is the authoritative price for that order. Promotions are subject to their stated availability, dates and conditions.

Payments are processed by the payment gateway used on the website, currently CHIP. Where the gateway processes payment credentials, AFS3D does not receive or store your full card or online-banking credentials.

4. Production, cancellation and changes

Personalised products are made after an order is accepted. Any production or completion date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Timing may be affected by high order volume, machine failure, material shortage, courier disruption or events outside our reasonable control.

A custom order may be cancelled only before printing or custom production begins, subject to its status and confirmation by AFS3D. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible and a change-of-mind refund may not be available.

Requests to change a name, colour, design, address or other detail are effective only if production has not started and AFS3D confirms the change. Please contact us as soon as possible; sending a request does not itself confirm that a change can be made.

5. Returns, refunds and defective products

Because personalised products are made for you, they generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please contact us within a reasonable period if an item arrives damaged, is materially different from the confirmed order, or has a material manufacturing defect.

We may ask for your order number and clear photo or video evidence so we can assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may be a replacement, reprint, partial refund or full refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

6. Shipping, delivery and damaged parcels

Delivery dates are estimates and courier delays can occur. You must provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. Where applicable, additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required because an address was incorrect or nobody could receive the parcel.

Risk associated with delivery is handled subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact AFS3D as soon as reasonably possible and keep the packaging, product and photo or video evidence so we can investigate with the courier.

7. Intellectual property and customer content

Website content, AFS3D branding, photographs, product designs and other materials belong to AFS3D or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use them without permission, except where the law allows.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use any names, logos, images, artwork, trademarks or other content you submit. AFS3D may reject content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, is abusive, hateful, explicit or otherwise inappropriate for our business.

8. Liability, events outside our control and website availability

To the extent permitted by law, AFS3D is responsible only for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility or network outages, government action, labour disruption, transport interruption, epidemics, material shortages or equipment failure.

We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We may maintain, change or temporarily suspend parts of the website when reasonably required.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed when you submit your order applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
